    Position Summary

    Technical Expertise:


    1. Knowledge of quality systems; testing techniques and processes in use.
    2. Knowledge of quality standards and control systems.



    Job Duties:


    1. Quality Assurance
      1. Adheres to, applies, and follows all quality assurance processes to contribute to process quality and customer satisfaction.
      2. Audits before, during, and at the end of plant processes; documenting findings.
        1. Develops and reports actionable metrics for accurate and efficient quality assurance tracking.
        2. Recommends/leads/contributes to the development of new or improvement of plant processes and procedures.
        3. Recommends/leads/contributes to the development of new or improvement of quality assurance gates/processes.
    2. Educates Colleagues
      1. Educate colleagues/peers across functions on quality standards for process/product quality.
    3. Quality Assurance Support
      1. Support plant colleagues/peers on defined quality projects.
        1. Finishing area engineering support.
        2. QMK project team membership/leadership.
      2. Customer Complaint resolution support.
      3. Quality Analyst Relief.
    4. Communication
      1. Clearly and concisely summarizes quality information both orally and in writing.
      2. Cooperates and works effectively with colleagues in manufacturing, engineering and customer service.
      3. Shares knowledge effectively within the quality group.






    • Engineering Degree or Equivalent with at least 3+ Year’s Experience
